*Prince Bola Ajibola, Nigeria鈥檚 former Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, once described Vice-President (Prof.) Yemi Osinbajo, the former鈥檚 ex-Special Adviser, as a committed individual, who brought to bear his experience, efficiency, conscientiousness and wealth of knowledge on delivery of assignments given to him

In respect of his commitment, dedication to duty, hardwork and astute performance on delivery of assignments given to him, Prince Bola Ajibola, a former Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister for Justice, once described Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, his Special Adviser at the time, as a 鈥渕iracle worker鈥�.

In a special ‘Thank you鈥� letter the former Attorney-General wrote and dated July 19, 1989, sighted by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) correspondent, Prince Ajibola, who gave Prof. Osinbajo his first ever political appointment in 1988, 11 years before he became Lagos State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, described the current Nigerian Vice-President as an experienced and efficient assistant, who delivers on his job in record time.

Ajibola, in the letter also noted that Osinbajo put in long hours, sleepless nights and weekends to ensure that assignments were delivered to the government of the day.

鈥淚 write to thank you most warmly for your contribution in terms of hard work and dedication,” Prince Ajibola wrote in the letter he personally signed.

Describing the country鈥檚 incumbent Vice-President as 鈥淢y Dear Yemi鈥�, the former AGF said: 鈥淚 am particularly delighted over the way you brought to bear your experience, efficiency, conscientiousness and wealth of knowledge.鈥�

“I wish to put on record my sincere appreciation for a job well done; especially the late hours, and sleepless nights (coupled with working throughout the weekends) in the discharge of time bound projects of the ministry.鈥�

Prince Ajibola stated: 鈥淭hank you very much.鈥�

Osinbajo had served as Special Adviser to the former Attorney-General of the Federation on Legal Advice and Litigation.
