President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has strongly condemned the heinous and brutal attacks in Bokkos and Barkin-Ladi Local Government Areas of Plateau State, North-East Nigeria, which resulted in the tragic loss of several lives.

Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, in a statement issued Tuesday, December 26, 2023, in Abuja, FCT, said President Tinubu also directed the security agencies to immediately move in, scour every stretch of the zone, and apprehend the culprits immediately.

The Presidential media aide stated: “The President also directs immediate mobilisation of relief resources for surviving victims of the primitive and cruel attacks as well as medical treatment for the wounded.”

The statement noted President Tinubu, while condoling with the Government and the people of Plateau State, assured Nigerians that these merchants of death, pain, and sorrow would not escape justice in the country.
