In replicating the new culture of excellence and expectation of high-performance Mr. Khalil S. Halilu, Executive Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (EVC/CEO) of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), handed down to Overseeing Officers of NASENI Institutes, in Abuja, FCT, Dr. John A. Hemen, Overseeing Officer (OO) of the Scientific Equipment Development Institute (SEDI), Minna, Niger State, has committed the Heads of Department (HoDs) of the Institute to a similar performance bond.

The SEDI Minna agreement signing between the OO and HoDs occurred Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the Institute.

According to Dr. Hemen, the event underscored SEDI-Minna’s commitment to excellence and innovation and 鈥渢his agreement serves as a framework to align departmental goals with NASENI’s overarching objectives.”

The agency, which disclosed this in a statement, said the performance bond would be valid for four years, and would undergo annual reviews, with monthly performance assessments, tracking progress in areas such as project viability, partnerships, revenue generation, and adherence to timelines.
