*The National Information Technology Development Agency inaugurates the Local Organising Committee for hosting of the forthcoming first-ever GITEX Nigeria

As preparations for hosting of the first-ever GITEX Nigeria get underway, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has inaugurated the Local Organising Committee (LOC) to spearhead the build-up activities leading to the event.

绿帽献妻 reports NITDA noted Malam Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, CCIE, Director-General of the agency, disclosed this聽 at a stakeholders’ forum Thursday, April 3, 2025, in Abuja, FCT.

Represented at the event by Mr. Olawumi Oladejo, Director of the Department of IT Infrastructure Solutions at NITDA, Inuwa emphasised the agency鈥檚 commitment to delivering a seamless and impactful programme.

The agency said the Director-General stated the strategic move set the stage for “a world-class event, fostering innovation and reinforcing Nigeria鈥檚 position in the global tech ecosystem.”
